 vy Heart? Helping Hands!\,’ a workshop hosted in collaboration with Stude
 nt Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) dedicated to understandin
 g and navigating the emotional challenges of grief\, loss\, and personal 
 hardship. Whether coping with the loss of a loved one\, facing a family e
 mergency\, or navigating your own experiences with grief and trauma\, thi
 s workshop offers a compassionate and supportive environment to explore h
