SUMMARY:Leadership Engagement Lab: Recognition That Actually Matters
DESCRIPTION:This is the first session in a three-part series that is desig
 ned to strengthen employee engagement through meaningful conversation\, p
 ractical leadership application and a shared understanding of the Gallup 
 engagement process. Through scenario-based Leadership Engagement Labs and
  a Gallup education session\, participants will explore how everyday work
 place experiences influence engagement\, identify practical actions that 
 strengthen teams and better understand the role of the employee voice in 
 shaping our workplace culture.\n\nGallup Q4: In the last seven days\, I h
 ave received recognition or praise for doing good work.\n\nRecognition ma
 tters\, but not all recognition has the same impact. Through a real organ
 izational leadership scenario and facilitated discussion\, leaders will e
 xplore how meaningful\, timely\, and individualized recognition can help 
 employees feel seen and valued. Participants will leave with practical st
 rategies for making recognition a more intentional part of the employee e
 xperience.\n\nEach 60-minute session will be hosted live on Teams and wil
 l include:\n\nA brief introduction to the month’s engagement theme.\n\nA 
 scenario-based discussion connected to a Gallup Q12 question.\n\nGallup r
 esearch and insights to support the conversation.\n\nPractical takeaways 
 leaders can apply with their teams.\n\nRegister for the session hosted by
