DESCRIPTION:This RAM Workshop program will be hosted by RAM Adam\, during 
 the event residents will join RAM Adam in the 1st floor lounge of Black O
 ak Hall and they will visit a station with resources from the Stem and Wr
 iting Centers\, the resources will be focused on study groups and the var
 ious ways they can support the residents who are going to be facing final
  exams and projects very soon. They will also be given protein snacks to 
 help them during long study and work sessions often occurring when nearin
 g the end of the semester. RAM Adam will collaborate with the STEM and Wr
 iting Centers to encourage residents to use the resources and support sys
 tems that the STEM and Writing Centers offer to residents.\n\nThree learn
 ing outcomes will be:\n\n• Encourage residents to form study groups to su
 pport one another\n\n• Educate residents about the resources and support 
 systems that the STEM and Writing Centers offer to them\n\n• Give residen
 ts the opportunity to socialize with one another and look out for one ano
 ther\n\nResidents will learn about the services that the STEM and Writing
  Centers offer to them\, additionally residents will be encouraged to get
  to know one another and support one another through study groups. Reside
 nts will get resources like flyers from a representative from the STEM an
 d Writing Centers who can also answer questions that the residents may ha
 ve for them. Residents will then be given a protein snack like protein ba
 rs\, chips\, shakes\, etc. to help with extended periods of being s\n\nht
