DESCRIPTION:This course provides a comprehensive overview of Florida State
  University’s Equal Opportunity and Title IX compliance requirements. Par
 ticipants will learn about federal and state laws\, as well as key univer
 sity policies\, including the Anti-Sexual Misconduct Policy\, Title IX Co
 mpliance Policy\, and Equal Opportunity\, Non-Discrimination\, and Non-Re
 taliation Policy. The course also addresses discrimination\, harassment\,
  and retaliation\, and includes case studies for practical application. A
 dditionally\, it reviews what constitutes sexual harassment and misconduc
 t and outlines employees’ mandatory reporting obligations and available r
