DESCRIPTION:Residents will be able to participate in Sweeten Your Semester
  at the QUAD classroom. Residents will be able to enjoy caramel apple nac
 hos and learn what a SMART goal is and be able to set one using provided 
 worksheets. The SMART goals will be centered around finals/end of the sem
 ester goals to help residents end the semester strong and make a plan to 
 do so.\n\nLearning outcomes:\n\n• Residents will be able to learn what a 
 SMART goal is\, identify one for themselves\, and learn how to create pla
 ns to help them reach their goals.\n• This program will allow students to
  think critically about the end of the semester/finals and help them feel
  confident about finishing the semester strong.\n• By learning what SMART
  goals are and how to set them residents will be able to use that skill i
 n both their academic future as well as personal to help them succeed as 
 best as they can.\nThrough this program and activity student will meet th
