DESCRIPTION:The Fall 2026 Vanderbilt Undergraduate Research Symposium will
  take place on November 5\, 2026\, from 3:30 - 6:00 pm in the Student Lif
 e Center Commodore Ballroom.\n\nStudents\, Faculty\, and Staff are encour
 aged to attend to view nearly 200 research posters presented by Vanderbil
 t undergraduates. All research disciplines will be represented\, across 6
  designated research categories: Basic and Natural Sciences\; Clinical an
 d Translational Research\; Computer Science\, Data Science\, and Mathemat
 ics\; Engineering\; Public Health\, Epidemiology\, and Health Sciences\; 
 Social\, Behavioral\, and Educational Sciences.\n\nStudents will present 
 their work in two consecutive sessions\, one from 3:30 - 4:30 and one fro
 m 4:40 - 5:40. A brief award ceremony will take place at 5:45 pm for the 
 poster competition winners. Light refreshments will be provided for prese
