SUMMARY:Know Your Resources: Safety and Support
LOCATION:Main Hall 314
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will help TRiO SSS students become familiar with
  campus safety resources\, student support services\, and strategies for 
 asking for help. Students will learn where to find information about the 
 SAFE App\, the Dean of Students\, CARE resources\, the Office of Institut
 ional Equity (OIE)\, and other relevant campus services. We will help stu
 dents identify which offices to contact for different concerns\, understa
 nd how to access support\, and practice identifying appropriate next step
 s when they or another student need assistance. The workshop will also in
 troduce wellness-related resources\, including MOSAIC sensory resources\,
  and encourage students to consider healthy technology habits and phone-f
 ree study strategies. Crisis and emergency resources will be presented wi
 th clear guidance on when and how to use them.\n\nThe room has space for 
 20 TRiO SSS students to attend this workshop in person. All additional RS
 VPs will join virtually. A Microsoft Teams link will be sent prior to the
