  this hands-on service activity\, we’ll fold origami hearts and other ori
 gami crafts for hospitals and hospices in Johnson County. Volunteering an
 d creating these crafts is not just beneficial for patients\, but also fo
 r yourself! It is a fun activity that can also help relieve stress. Our o
 rigami crafts represent encouragement and well-wishes\, and each one we f
 old carries a message of compassion to a patient who may be facing a diff
 icult hospital stay.\n\nNo prior experience with origami is needed—step-b
 y-step instructions will be provided\, and all supplies will be available
 . Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or trying origami for the first time\
 , this is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others\, give back to t
 he community\, and make a tangible difference in the lives of children an
