DESCRIPTION:Lead with Gratitude will be centered around an evening leaders
 hip panel featuring 3–4 prominent University of Florida student leaders w
 ho will share personal experiences of mentorship\, service\, leadership\,
  and giving back. Rather than a traditional lecture\, the event will use 
 a moderated panel and guided reflection to encourage students to connect 
 the speakers' experiences to their own leadership journeys. The initiativ
 e aims to foster a culture of leadership in which service and gratitude a
 re viewed as integral parts of being a student leader. Each director in t
 he Leadership Development Division will have a table set up in the room r
 evolving around their cabinet's mission. The student government engagemen
 t director will start off with checking in attendees and giving them a Le
 adership Bingo card. The Leadership development director will have a than
 ksgiving themed activity where participants can identify leadership value
 s they hope to build and grow\, and will identify during the panel. The C
 ommunity and service table will have stationary to write thank you cards 
 to custodians\, bus drivers\, and community members on our campus to than
 k them for their services and for supporting our campus. Career developme
 nt will have a networking table\, which along with the bingo card will en
 courage leaders to make name tags\, meet new peers\, and learn about inte
 ntional networking. Finally\, the emerging technology director and assist
 ant directors will give advice on leadership experience and re\n\nhttp://
