We are proud to welcome former Canadian Ambassador and Secretary of Multidimensional Security at the Organization of American States (OAS), Adam Blackwell who will give a talk discussing the evolution and transformation of Transatlantic relations, as well as how he navigated these changes throughout his accomplished career.
