You are cordially invited to an evening celebrating your dedication and leadership with UTEP's registered student organizations!

As we commemorate the 37th anniversary of this longstanding tradition, your Student Government Association is proud to honor the lasting impact of student leaders and presidents like you who help shape and strengthen our campus community.

This evening will include a reception, dinner, and special remarks from UTEP President Heather Wilson and Student Government President Anthoni Scarola. This celebration provides an opportunity to connect with fellow leaders, reflect on your accomplishments, and be formally recognized for your service and commitment.

Date: Thursday, November 5, 2026 Time: Check in and Reception begins at 6:30 PM, Program begins at 7 PM Location: El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center

This is an invitation-only event. Attendance is limited to one president per registered student organization, or the next ranking-officer. Business-formal attire is required. Kindly refrain from sharing this invitation.
