Join the Kingwood Mental Health Services (MHS) team and the LSC Kingwood Veteran Resource Center as we honor our veterans, celebrate gratitude, and promote mental and physical wellness! Veterans and military-connected students are invited to write something they are thankful for on our Gratitude Squares while learning about the importance of mental health, men's health, diabetes awareness, and healthy self-care habits. We'll also highlight the unique challenges veterans may face when transitioning from military to civilian life and the importance of seeking support when needed. Stop by for a moment of reflection, encouragement, connection, and helpful resources to support your overall well-being! 🇺🇸
