About

Kreate Your Konfidence is an interactive health and wellness event designed to promote self-esteem, self-love, and confidence among female-identifying students. The event will combine a brief educational PowerPoint presentation with a hands-on charm bracelet-making activity. Participants will explore topics such as positive self-image, overcoming comparison, embracing individuality, and recognizing personal strengths. During the bracelet-making activity, attendees will select charms that represent their values, strengths, goals, and personal growth. Each bracelet will serve as a meaningful reminder of their worth and the importance of building confidence from within. The event will provide a fun, welcoming environment for self-expression, peer connection, and personal reflection.

Hosted by: The Florida A&M University Chapter, the Alpha Xi of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
