This program will help residents prepare for the upcoming finals period by providing a supportive space to organize their academic responsibilities, set study goals, and learn practical stress-management strategies. Bottled lattes and cold brews from Azalea Coffee Bar will be available while supplies last to help residents recharge as they work. Residents will be encouraged to bring their planners, laptops, or class assignments and use the time to create a realistic finals-preparation plan. Legos will also be available as a relaxing, hands-on activity for residents who want a short study break or a way to de-stress while socializing.
