About

Commuter Appreciation Day celebrates commuter students and creates a stronger sense of community on campus.

Students can take a creative break in the Student Hub by decorating portable phone chargers, making beaded phone charms, and enjoying cupcakes and snacks with fellow commuters. A community wall will also invite students to share their commuting experiences, what they miss about home, or messages of encouragement for fellow students, especially those living away from their families.

The event aims to help students relax, connect, and feel appreciated while learning more about how to better support the commuter community.
