About
The Global Diplomacy & Leadership Conference: A UN Day Crisis Simulation and Student Leadership Summit brings together students, faculty, and campus leaders for a day of thoughtful dialogue, collaborative learning, and diplomacy in action. Hosted by Pi Sigma Alpha, the UNA–USA Campus Chapter, Model United Nations, and campus partners, the conference features a keynote address, interactive breakout sessions, and UN Day engagement activities exploring international affairs, civic leadership, and shared global challenges.
At the heart of the program is the Middle East Climate, Water, and Displacement Crisis Simulation, an immersive experience in which participants represent Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, or the United States. Through negotiation, coalition-building, and policy development, delegates will explore the intersection of environmental pressures, water security, humanitarian displacement, and regional cooperation.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for registered participants, and gift cards will recognize the top three delegates for exceptional diplomacy, leadership, collaboration, and engagement. Grounded in education, advocacy, and awareness, the conference welcomes participants of all identities and backgrounds to exchange perspectives, build meaningful connections, and develop the skills to navigate an interconnected world.
