About
This month, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the things we’re grateful for and the ways we’ve grown. Growth often comes from unexpected places, whether it’s a challenge that taught us something new, a person who made a difference, or a change we’ve learned to embrace. Take a moment to reflect on what gratitude means to you. What’s something you appreciate, a challenge you’ve grown through, or something you’re learning to value? Write down your mindfulness moment, and we’ll display it in front of the Office of Campus Engagement and Student Life in GMH 135.
Mindfulness Prompts:
“A challenge I’m strangely grateful for is”“I didn’t expect to be thankful for”“I’m learning to appreciate”“Something I once resisted but now value is”
