About
Join us on November 11th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Johnson Large Theater for BUPA’s Final Beat Battle with Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins. With two Grammy Awards and nineteen Grammy nominations, Rodney has worked with legends in the industry such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, and many more.
We'll kick things off with an exclusive seminar where Rodney will discuss his career, lessons he's learned throughout the music industry, and how faith has shaped his journey and continues to influence his life and work. Students will have the opportunity to hear firsthand from an industry legend and gain valuable insight into building a career in music.
Following the seminar, we will have The Final Beat Battle, featuring all qualified BUPA members! Rodney will listen to and judge each member’s submissions, giving participants the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of one of the industry's most influential producers.
Whether you're a producer, songwriter, artist, or simply interested in learning from an industry legend, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!
Spiritual WellCore will be offered!
Date: Wednesday, November 11th Time: 7–9 PM Location: Johnson Large Theater
