About

This Be the Change event will focus on alcohol awareness and the dangers of driving under the influence. UPD has been contacted about providing a short educational presentation. After the presentation, members will have the opportunity to participate in Mario Kart and cornhole while wearing impairment simulation goggles. A DIY Mocktail bar will also allow members to create nonalcoholic beverages and explore alternatives to drinking. The ASA raffle basket winner will also be announced during this event; all money donated will support the Abby Leigh Cockrill Memorial Scholarship. The overall purpose is to honor Abigail while educating members about impaired driving in a fun and interactive way.
