Rhythm Ride - WELLCore

About

Rhythm Ride is an energizing indoor cycling class that combines beat-driven choreography with heart-pumping intervals for a fun, full-body workout. Ride to the rhythm of the music as you build cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, and confidence on the bike. No prior cycling experience is requiredjust bring your energy and get ready to sweat!
