About

General Body Meeting is a recurring meeting that provides students with an opportunity to connect with the Nigerian Student Organization, learn about Nigerian and African culture, and build community with other students at UNT. Each meeting will include a combination of cultural education, interactive activities, group discussions, and social engagement.

GBMs may feature topics such as Nigerian history and traditions, language, music, food, current cultural issues, and the experiences of Nigerian and African students in the United States. Meetings will also include fun activities, games, presentations, and opportunities for members to share their own experiences and perspectives.
