Knowing how premium pay works is an important part of understanding your total compensation. This session provides UKG non-exempt staff with an overview of the University’s premium pay practices, including shift differentials, on call pay, preceptor pay, and other eligible premium payments. Participants will learn how eligibility is determined, how different types of premium pay are applied, and where to find resources when they have questions about their pay.
