About

The GIVE (Growing through Inclusive Vulnerability and Empathy) Circle Facilitator Training will introduce participants to the purpose and practice of GIVE Circles as a way to foster meaningful conversations, empathy, and inclusion within the campus community. You will learn how to distinguish GIVE Circles from Restorative Justice Circles, build confidence in facilitating conversations, and connect the GIVE Circle process to their individual roles and the student experience. The training also emphasized the importance of using the Touchstones as guiding principles to create a supportive environment where participants feel comfortable sharing, listening, and learning from one another.
