Thanksgiving pie off!

During this Bake off, the residents will get into teams and decorate plain pies with images of the things that they are thankful for. They will show leadership by leading their team to include everyones imagery, utilizing their self evaluation skills to determine what is meaningful to them, and then presenting their final cakes and giving a presentation explaining why it is important to each member. This will spark their public speaking skills and make them more comfortable working to achieve individual and shared goals and values with a team.
