Join IFC for Check Your Balls, a high-energy dodgeball tournament focused on promoting men’s health awareness in a fun and engaging way. This event combines friendly competition with an important message—encouraging guys to stay informed, proactive, and confident when it comes to their health.

Teams of four will compete in a fast-paced dodgeball bracket, making it easy to grab some friends and get involved. In addition to the tournament, there will be opportunities to learn more about men’s health topics and resources in a relaxed, approachable environment.
