About
Join us for a screening of Sweet Country (2017), directed by Aboriginal Australian filmmaker Warwick Thornton! Set in Australia's Northern Territory in 1929, the film explores the experiences of Aboriginal Australians under colonial rule and raises important questions about justice, racism, cultural identity, and belonging. This screening invites students to broaden their global perspectives, reflect on Indigenous histories and contemporary issues, and engage in meaningful cross-cultural dialogue.
