By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to design a validated business concept for data analytics and use pre-mortem analysis to identify critical risks across market, technical, regulatory, and execution dimensions. They will leave with a concrete de-risking action plan and measurable success metrics tailored to early-stage ventures in regulated scientific environments.

• Translate research into executable business plans

• Drawing on real experience from healthcare AI and mobile app startups

• Through design and pre-mortem exercises, participants identify market opportunities and mitigation strategies for technical, regulatory, and execution risks
