This event is intended to teach students how to safely take care of themselves if in a dangerous situation. The purpose is to learn how to disarm an aggressor and flee from the situation so one can call the proper authorities. Campus Police officers will teach students a minimum of two disarming tactics and explain how each one will save a student in an emergency situation.
