This day long trip will surely meet your expectations. Spend the day rock climbing and rappelling in Hidden Valley, VA. On this trip you will learn the fundamental skills of climbing movement, how to belay, and standard safety practices. Participants should expect to hike a short distance to the climbing sites. Appropriate clothing and approach footwear should be provided by the participant. Food, gear, and instruction is all included in the trip.
