About

Join the Mental Health Services (MHS) team and the Face-to-Face Enrichment Center for a little creativity, connection, and holiday encouragement! Students can participate in Thanksgiving-themed art activities while exploring why some people experience sadness, loneliness, grief, or the "holiday blues" during a season often associated with happiness and celebration. We'll share practical coping strategies, encourage self-compassion, and remind students that it's okay not to feel joyful all the time. Stop by for a creative break, meaningful conversation, and helpful mental health resources! 🦃💛
