MA in Linguistics from CSULB, MA in Communicative Disorders from CSULB, MA Thesis on Huasteca Nahuatl Dialectology. BA in English and BA Chicano Studies from CSUDH. Taught with Tlahtoltapazolli for several years and runs The Nahuatl Channel on YouTube. Currently works as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Perris School District.

Description of the workshop

Learn about the Nahuatl language, the Aztec language also known as Mexicano, A living language of Mexico. In this workshop, you will learn about the history of the Nahuatl language, its relationship to other Native American languages, and gain an introduction into how the language works. Yan Garcia is a Toro Alumni and manages the Nahuatl Channel on YouTube.
