About

Finish up the semester with creativity and connection!

Facilitated by a certified wellness coach and art therapist, this weekly art social hour will provide hobbyists with structured art activities in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Our final meeting will be the week before Thanksgiving.

Previous art activities ranged from drawing and painting to collage, journal making, using found objects, and storytelling. At least one meeting will include playing surrealist games.

Meet new people, engage in creative expression, and learn art-based coping skills!

This group meets weekly for 6 weeks starting on September 16th at the new Hillside Well-Being Center, which is within walking distance from residence halls with a dining hall upstairs.

Art materials will be provided, though participants are welcome to bring their own. This is not a therapy group.
