Matt Wiltshire is President of the Pathway Housing Fund, which acquires Naturally-Occurring Affordable Housing properties in Tennessee at risk of becoming unaffordable. Pathway uses low-cost capital and community-based resources to preserve quality, affordable housing for residents.

Previously, Wiltshire worked at MDHA, Nashville’s public housing authority, and served as the city’s Director of Economic and Community Development. Before entering public service, he spent 15 years in investment banking and venture capital
