About
Hosted by UD's Institute for Public Administration and led by instructor Max Walton, Partner, Connolly Gallagher LLP, this training will cover how Delaware Senate Bill 23 (SB 23) and House Bill 450 (HB 450) might affect counties and municipalities in Delaware.
SB23 and HB450 are major 2026 legislative initiatives aimed at addressing housing affordability, supply, and land-use development rules. Both Bills aim to ease zoning restrictions, streamline infrastructure planning, and change traffic impact requirements.
This training is free to register for; however, donations to the Jerome Lewis Director's Fund are encouraged.
