About
This online, self-guided course explores mental well-being as a proactive approach to thriving in academic environments, moving beyond the absence of mental illness to focus on building resilience and effective coping strategies. Participants will learn to recognize mental health challenges, develop self-awareness, manage stress, and support colleagues through evidence-based techniques. Interactive modules cover mental health basics, self-management, resilience building, and motivation development, enabling participants to create personalized action plans for sustaining mental well-being in their professional and personal lives while promoting a supportive culture within academic communities.
This online course is offered through Vector Solutions and available for current staff and faculty at Georgia State University.
After you register for the event, you will be assigned the online course through Vector LMS. Therefore, there is no workshop on the date and time listed. You will receive an email from “ECRC Training & Compliance at Georgia State University” when the online course is available for you to begin.
