In this 45–60 minute workshop, you will explore a small circuit from the Janelia FlyEM Hemibrain v1.2 dataset. This is real measured Drosophila wiring data

You will complete three small TODOs to find a neuron type, select its strongest real connections, and draw a circuit graph. By the end, you can:

Load real connectome tables. Find a real neuron type by name. Filter measured synaptic connections. Create and interpret a directed circuit graph.
