Public Art & Wellness is a free, immersive wellness series designed to support the health and well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors at the University of Houston campus. Set within Folly, a striking architectural art installation by artist Jorge Pardo, and Carlos Cruz-Diez's Double Physichromie — an optical art outdoor sculpture, both located in the University Arts District, each midday program helps strengthens the body and inspires the mind to support wellness and well-being through movement in environments shaped by art.
*Note: Space is limited to 20 guests, on first-come basis. Remember to hydrate and bring your mat!
