This workshop helps participants understand the responsibilities that come with being a manager of non-union employees. The goal of this workshop is to develop participants’ confidence in executing their duties and clarify their understanding of when to pause, evaluate and reach out for help and whom to contact.

Recommended for supervisors of employees who are not members of a collective bargaining agreement.
