What does it mean to lead when no one is watching? How do leaders make decisions that align with their values, especially under pressure?
Join the John Lewis Student Leadership Pathways for “Lead with Integrity: The Core of Ethical Leadership,” a powerful workshop exploring how honesty, values, and moral courage are essential to impactful leadership. Students will examine their own principles and learn how to navigate ethical challenges with authenticity.
What You’ll Experience:
• Explore key leadership theories, including Authentic Leadership and Servant Leadership
• Reflect on your personal values and how they influence your leadership style
• Engage in an interactive Ethical Dilemmas Challenge to test your decision-making in real-world scenarios
• Discover how integrity builds trust, credibility, and lasting influence
Please bring your lunch! This is a brown bag event so you are welcome to bring your lunch with you!
Why It Matters:Today’s leaders are expected to lead with character, not just charisma. This workshop will help you define what integrity means to you and how to lead with it consistently in your organizations, communities, and personal life.
