About

Creative Coping Café is a space where any student can drop-in to learn a coping strategy, gain experience practicing these strategies, and connect with peers. While non-arts-based coping skills can be practiced and learned in this space, there will be an emphasis on using music, art, and writing. No experience is needed!

Creative Coping Café is hosted by Counseling and Psychological Services and takes place at Lindley Hall 052 on Tuesdays from 11am to 12pm.
