Ensemble Registration

• Base Choir Fee: $500 per Choir (Covers up to 30 participating students)

• Large Ensembles (31+ Students): $15 per additional student

• Included Student Package:

• Official Festival T-Shirt (worn for the Mass Finale performance)

• UCF Passion & Purpose Water Bottle

• Complimentary Lunch: Pizza, chips, and a drink(Note: Students with specific dietary restrictions or preferences are welcome to bring or order their own food to campus).

Directors & Chaperones

• Ensemble Directors & Chaperones: FREE (Includes T-Shirt, Water Bottle, and Lunch).

• Standalone In-Service & Director's Chorus Attendees: FREE (Includes In-Service workshops, Director's Chorus participation, T-Shirt, and Lunch).

Grand Finale Concert

• Admission: FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC(Parents, school administrators, boosters, and community members are invited to attend).

KEY DATES & REGISTRATION SUBMISSION

• Registration & Roster Deadline: Friday, October 30 (Includes choir registration, student headcount, and T-shirt sizes)

• Payment / Purchase Order Due: Friday, November 6 (1 week prior to the event)

• Festival Date: Friday, November 13
