About

A Support Group for International Students at The New School:

SHARING SPACE

Thursdays, 4PM - 5PM

In this small and confidential space with other international students and based on WHO’s (World Health Organization) Self-Help Plus (SH+) stress management program, we connect and reduce stress and isolation through learning skills such as: Grounding; Unhooking from thoughts; Being kind to ourselves; Acting on our values; Making room for difficult emotions and thoughts. We will also share ideas and practical resources with each other, so important in our current time. Led by Tanvi Kulkarni, MA and Ncobile Mukasa, MA. After 2-3 weeks, enrollment will be closed to ensure a consistent small group.
