About

This group focused on young and new NIU employees with the intention of providing a confidential, safe space for these employees to share personal and work challenges (stress, burnout, work-life balance) and together learn to build resilience through shared experiences. Through our discussions and well-being exercises, we will share practical strategies for work-life balance, daily self-care ideas, career growth, fostering connection and mutual support. Will meet for 4 Fridays starting September 25th. You are not required to attend all dates, just when you are able. Group led Group led by Lesley Gilbert and Karen Smith, Employee Well-being.

Friday, September 25th; Friday, October 30th; November 20th and Friday, December 11th
