About

The Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing club budget requests, evaluating Base Budget presentations, and discussing funding allocations for student organizations. During these meetings, members work together to ensure that Student Government Association funds are distributed fairly, responsibly, and in a way that best supports student engagement on campus. The committee also provides guidance on budget planning, funding procedures, and answers questions related to club finances.

What We Do:

• Review club budget requests and funding proposals

• Evaluate Base Budget presentations

• Discuss and recommend funding allocations

• Ensure responsible use of student activity fees

• Assist student organizations with budgeting and financial procedures

• Answer finance-related questions from clubs and student leaders
