Gentlemen Mean Business

About

The Gentlemen of Drew Social Club is excited to present Navigating Corporate America, a professional development event focused on the experiences and challenges Black men may encounter while entering and advancing through professional and corporate spaces. The event will feature an open conversation surrounding professionalism, workplace culture, networking, communication, code-switching, self-advocacy, mentorship, and maintaining authenticity in environments where Black men may be underrepresented. Speakers will share personal experiences, lessons, and strategies they have developed throughout their careers. Students will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive advice about internships, interviews, networking, workplace expectations, and building meaningful professional relationships.
