About
Mini MindLab is a down-to-earth, yet expansive meditation class. We will use 3 basic mindfulness meditation techniques - attention training, body-awareness, and loving-kindness - to explore a variety of topics such as compassion, relationships, grief, courage, and discomfort. Whether you’re curious about mindfulness, looking to reduce stress, or you’re already a regular meditator, this guided mindfulness meditation class will spiral through various concepts and practices to explore the realms of "inner space."
This class requires 0.5 class pass or an Unlimited Membership. Class passes and memberships can be purchased via credit card on the OSU eCommerce system by following this link: (link below) You may also purchase class passes at the center with $10 cash or check made out to Oregon State University.
