Somers: More than meets slime

About

Stretch your perspective. Understand your emotions. Connect with others. More Than Meets the Slime is a fun, interactive program that encourages residents to learn more about themselves while building a better understanding of the people around them. Through slime-making activities and group discussions, residents will explore their emotions, identify what triggers certain reactions, and learn how to approach situations from someone else's perspective. The goal is to help residents recognize that everyone has experiences and challenges that may not be visible on the surface. By encouraging self-reflection, empathy, and healthier ways of communicating, this program hopes to help create a residential community where everyone feels understood, valued, and supported. --- Event Details: (link below)
