This fall, students in an Oregon State University Marine Studies Honors College seminar led by Professor Anna Guasco, spent the term closely engaging with Notes on the Cold: Images of the Arctic and Antarctic. Join them as they share their research and creative responses to the exhibition through two special interactive events this fall: Session 1 on Oct. 29, and Session 2 on Nov. 19.
Polar Futures: A Community Conversation offers a fresh way to experience the exhibition through hands-on activities and a creative guided exploration that considers what life in the polar regions can teach us about connection, community, and our shared future.
Whether you've already visited the exhibition or are seeing it for the first time, this is a unique opportunity to experience it through the eyes of students who have spent months studying its themes, the science and the art.
