Residents will have the opportunity to learn about degree planner and how to sign up for classes. The Office of Success Coaching will be joining to show residents how to add classes to their shopping cart. Majority of the time will be spent answering questions one-on-one as everyone schedule is individualized. Students will bring their computers to explore different class options, as most will be focused on completing more general education classes.
• Residents will learn how to use Degree Planner and rearrange their four-year plan to benefit them.
• Residents will explore different class options for general education requirements that fit with their future career goals.
• Residents will learn how to put their classes in their shopping cart so they are ready for their enrollment day.
Residents will learn about Career and Professional Development (domain) through learning how to use their degree planner. This will empower students to know how to register for classes each semester during their college career. They will also learn how fit their classes towards their future career goals.
