Learn How Corporate Finance Works at Lowe’s

The Finance Student Association and the Appalachian Investment Club are hosting a guest speaker event with Lowe’s, a Fortune 50 company, on Thursday, November 5 at 5 PM in PH 1011.

Jerrod Hesson (Director of Finance Systems) and Hope Cable (Senior Financial Analyst) will explain how Lowe’s finance function is organized, what analysts and finance systems teams do day to day, and what it takes to land an entry-level role in corporate finance. Students will have time to ask questions about the work, the skills that matter, and how to stand out as an applicant.

The event is open to all App State students interested in finance, accounting, or business.
